Good questions

Before
we start.

What can fit inside a block?

Five hours can suit a bug fix or a small test. Larger blocks leave more time to build and review. We agree what to tackle first at kickoff. The work that fits depends on what we find.

What counts toward the hours?

All project work: kickoff, discovery, access and setup, building, testing, talking to you, and handoff. Most projects spend the first hour or two agreeing on scope.

Who actually does the work?

One lead is your contact. Specialists join when their skills or extra hands make the work better.

Can you work in an existing codebase?

Yes. Old products, legacy systems, half-finished builds, cloud setups, and broken integrations are all welcome. We ask for access only after we agree on fit and scope.

How does the founding-client offer work?

The first five new companies can buy one 10-hour sprint for $600. Pay up front and use it within 30 days of kickoff. It does not combine with other offers.

What happens when the hours run out?

You get a progress and handoff summary. If more work makes sense, keep going at $100 an hour. No automatic renewal and no surprise bill.
