Senior infrastructure engineering

Cloud systems
you can run.

Your app needs to go live, releases keep failing, or the system has outgrown its first setup. We build and maintain the full stack on AWS and Google Cloud, from the website and REST APIs to databases, containers, and automated deployments.

We agree on the work and access before changing your live system.

Where the work happensPlatforms
Amazon Web ServicesAWS

Build and run applications with Lambda, API Gateway, containers, and databases. Connect your APIs, manage access, and track errors and costs.

Google CloudGCP

Run web apps and APIs on Cloud Run or Kubernetes. Set up the data, access, networking, and monitoring your product needs.

GitHub & BitbucketCI/CD

GitHub Actions and Bitbucket Pipelines to test changes, build the app, and deploy it. Clear approvals and a way to roll back when a release fails.

What we doInfrastructure, delivery, and the product on top of it

Build it.
Ship it. Keep it up.

We can build your SaaS product, connect it to other services, and run the infrastructure behind it. That includes REST APIs, API Gateway, data storage, background jobs, and automation.

01

Cloud foundations

Set up AWS or Google Cloud accounts, networks, databases, and access so your team can build and run the product.

02

Infrastructure & delivery

Replace manual release steps with GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines. Test changes, deploy them, and keep a way to undo a failed release.

03

Containers & serverless

Build and run services on Kubernetes, Cloud Run, or Lambda. Choose the setup that fits the app and the team maintaining it.

04

Monitoring & reliability

Find out why a request is slow or a service is failing. Set up useful alerts, backups, and a recovery plan your team can use.

05

Migration & modernization

Move apps and data to AWS or Google Cloud in planned steps. Check the result and agree how to switch back if a step fails.

06

Access & security

Give each person and service the access they need. Keep credentials out of code, review dependencies, and record important changes.

Production helpWhen your live system needs help

Stabilize first.
Then improve.

Failed releases, noisy alerts, runaway cost, brittle infrastructure, slow systems, lost deployment knowledge, and incidents that keep returning.

  1. 1
    Contain risk

Protect customers and preserve evidence before making broad changes.

  2. 2
    Find the cause

Find where the failure starts and how it affects the rest of the system.

  3. 3
    Implement the fix

Make the smallest safe change, validate it, and keep rollback available.

  4. 4
    Leave it stronger

Add checks and instructions that help the team catch and fix the problem if it returns.

Ways we can helpAgree on the first job before we start

What needs
fixing or building?

Start with a working session to investigate one problem, or agree on a larger project when the work covers several systems.

01

Cloud architecture review

Find what is slowing the app, raising costs, or making deployments difficult. Agree which problems to tackle first.

10-hour start
02

CI/CD and infrastructure as code

Set up repeatable infrastructure and automated tests and deployments with GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines.

Scope a sprint
03

Migration or modernization

Move an app or its data in planned steps, with checks before switching traffic and a way back if needed.

Scope a sprint
04

Embedded platform engineering

Add an experienced developer to your team to work on the app, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

Reserve capacity

Why full-stack matters here

The infrastructure
is part of the product.

A slow checkout might come from the page, the API, or the database. We can investigate all three and fix the part causing the delay. The same team can handle the code and the cloud setup.

Cloud questions

Your cloud
questions.

Can you work in an existing AWS or Google Cloud environment?

Yes. We work with existing apps and accounts. Before changing a live system, we agree on access, check what depends on it, and plan how to undo the change.

Do you require a migration to one preferred stack?

No. We recommend the smallest useful change. We work with the tools you already use and explain when a move would help.

Can you work with Terraform or CloudFormation?

Yes. We can maintain your existing setup or put manual infrastructure changes into code so they can be reviewed and repeated.

Do you provide ongoing DevOps support?

Yes. We can join your team for ongoing deployment work, monitoring, infrastructure changes, and follow-up after incidents.
