Your account and project

We process your name, verified sign-in identity, email, company membership, project briefs, messages, files, decisions, meetings and billing records to provide the service. Google, Microsoft, GitHub and email sign-in identify your account. Website sign-in does not authorize access to your inbox.

Services that support our work

Supabase provides account, database and private file services. Vercel hosts the application. ClickUp supports internal project delivery. Calendly, or Cal.com where configured, manages scheduling and calendar invitations. Stripe hosts checkout and invoices; we do not store complete payment card details. Inngest runs background synchronization. These providers process the information necessary for their roles.

Business outreach

We may research prospective business customers using MixRank and public business information. Research and drafting may use OpenAI. We retain business contact details, source evidence and communication outcomes. Authorized business Gmail accounts send outreach and process replies through the Gmail API. Inbox content is used for correspondence, reply detection and delivery reconciliation; it is not included in automated research requests. You can opt out through the email link or by replying. We keep a minimal suppression record to honor that request.

Analytics and access

Vercel measures public page visits, page speed, form starts, and booking-page use. We exclude private pages and remove URL queries from those events. We do not send form text, names, or email addresses as analytics properties. During a visit, session storage keeps a broad referral category and entry-page category. If you send a project request, those categories are saved with it to help us understand which services people need. They do not prove what caused a sale.

Portal access is limited by company membership and staff responsibilities. Private files use temporary access links. Information is not sold.

Retention and requests

Project and billing records are retained for service delivery and applicable business obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information. Some billing, security and suppression records may need to be retained. Contact us to discuss a request or your company’s retention needs.
